How do I track my order?
Open the app and tap "Orders" in the bottom navigation. Your active order will show real-time status updates.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the order detail screen while it is still in "Pending" status. Once it is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
My order is wrong or missing items. What do I do?
Tap "Get Help" on the order detail screen to submit a support request. The venue team will be notified and will follow up with you directly.
How do I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the venue's policy. Submit a support ticket from the order detail screen and the venue team will review your request.
💳 Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Payment methods vary by venue.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card number.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment failures are typically due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or your bank's fraud protection. Try a different payment method or contact your bank.
⭐ Loyalty & Rewards
How do I earn points?
Points are automatically added to your account after each completed order. The number of points earned per dollar spent varies by venue.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, tap "Apply Rewards" to see your available redemptions and apply them to your order.
Do my points expire?
Points expiry policies are set by each venue. Check the Loyalty section of the app for details specific to your venue.

How do I update my account information?
Tap the profile icon and go to Account Settings to update your name, email, phone number, or notification preferences.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" to receive a verification code via SMS or email. Follow the prompts to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is permanent and will remove all your data.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to Account Settings → Notifications to customize which types of notifications you receive.
