Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy governs the rights and obligations of users (“you,” “your”) regarding cancellation and refund of orders placed through the KBGrabNGo platform (the “Service”).
2. Eligibility for Refund
- A full refund is available for any order cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Refund requests submitted within two hours of pickup may be declined at the discretion of KBGrabNGo or the vendor.
- Refunds are processed exclusively through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
3. Procedure
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the KBGrabNGo application or website.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to the processing policies of the payment provider.
- Confirmation of refund issuance will be provided to the user via electronic communication.
4. Appeals
- If a refund request is denied, you may submit an appeal in writing to info@kbgrabngo.ca within seven (7) days of receiving notice of denial.
- Appeals will be reviewed in accordance with Ontario’s consumer protection legislation and applicable KBGrabNGo policies.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The pickup time has passed.
- The order was fulfilled accurately and as confirmed by the vendor.
- Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior is detected.
- The product or service has been consumed or used.
6. Modifications
KBGrabNGo reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. All revisions will be posted on the KBGrabNGo website and in the application, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
