These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the River Platform mobile application and related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms.
When you place an order through the Services, you are entering into a transaction with the venue operator, not with River directly. River facilitates the transaction through Stripe. All sales are final unless the venue operator's refund policy provides otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Loyalty points and rewards are issued at the discretion of the venue operator and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

The Services and all content therein are owned by River or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Food quality and availability is the sole responsibility of the venue operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, River is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
